How to apply

1 – Complete and sign this form and return / submit to AAM Office / AAM website.
2 – please submit attested copies of your academic certificates, ID card or Passport copy and all necessary support documents
3 – The information you give us is either essential information for primary purpose, or non essential information for secondary purposes. Information entry boxes below for essential information are marked *.
4 – We cannot process your application without all essential information. Unmarked boxes are for non-essential information which helps us deliver and share benefits and services to you and other members.
5 – The association will sent you acceptance letter / mail stating your institute membership number and other details. If not we will advice you the reason or ask for more information.
